Steps for online consultation
- Call on 8130166324 between 6 – 8 pm and book your slot for online consultation
- Make the payment at least 1 hour prior to consultation time
- Your consultation time can vary from 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after your booked time slot
- Send all the reports and previous prescriptions via WhatsApp on 8130166324 prior to consultation
- Send a photograph of the payment transaction and your email address via WhatsApp on 8130166324 at least 1 hour prior to consultation
- You will get a video call on WhatsApp from the doctor in your designated time slot
- The doctor will email you the prescription immediately after the consultation
- Please make sure that you have an uninterrupted internet connection
- For routine queries after the consult, please use WhatsApp message. For video call, you will need to pay again.
Steps of payment on google pay
- Open google pay app on your phone
- Go to new payment
- Under Transfer Money, click UPI ID or QR
- Under Pay to, click UPI ID
- In UPI ID, type —-
- Click pay
- Enter the required amount
After the payment, take a screenshot of payment transaction and WhatsApp on 8130166324, at least 1 hour prior to consultation
